1. Returns for Damaged Products:
We only accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, kindly follow these steps:
- Email with the subject line "Damaged Product Return."
- Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach clear photos of the damaged product.
2. Proof of Damage:
To process your return, we require proof of the damage. This may include photographs clearly showing the damaged area of the product. Once we receive and verify the proof, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Non-eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage upon arrival. These include but are not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Order cancellations after shipment
Upon approval of the return and verification of the damage, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
